Initial evaluation visits are approximately 40 minutes. Pre-evaluation forms must be completed before the appointment. Follow up visits are approximately 15-20 minutes.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy or a $75 no show fee. An occasional exception may be made in the case of an emergency. The practice values your time and does not double book appointments.

Most visits will focus on medication management. Some psychotherapy may be included. If needed, referrals may be made to local therapists.

Evaluation and diagnosis will be performed using DSM-5 criteria. If additional testing is required, referrals can be made to a local psychologist.
