Initial evaluation visits are approximately 40 minutes. Pre-evaluation forms must be completed before the appointment.
Follow up visits are approximately 15-20 minutes.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy or a $75 no show fee.

Most visits will focus on medication management. Some psychotherapy may be included. If needed, referrals may be made to local therapists.
